How It Works

5 Easy Steps

1. Login to our automated system and select a Christmas eCard to send
   (you can choose up-to 3 of our standard cards or have us create a custom card)
2. Choose your company logo
   (you can upload mulitple logos for each of your separate business units if required)
3. Compose the message you want to appear on your eCards
   (you can send cards with as many different messages as you like)
4. Add your recipients
   (you can add recipients manually or upload them in bulk)
5. Preview & send you eCard
   (you can set a date you want the cards sent or send them immediately)

Personalisation Options

Each individual Christmas eCard you send can be personalised in the following ways:

1. Sender Name (The name of the person sending the eCard).
2. Sender Email (The email address of the person sending the eCard).
3. Recipient Name (The name of the person receiving the eCard).
4. Salutation (e.g. 'Dear' or 'Seasons Greetings').
5. Card Message (The text you want to send to the recipient. This can be different for each and every eCard you send).
6. Signature (Usually includes a sign-off like 'Kind regards' or 'Merry Christmas' and the first name of the sender.

When to Order

Please order your cards as soon as possible to allow time for you to send out your Christmas eCards.

Company Logo

Your company logo which will be displayed at the top of your eCards. You can send out cards with variable logos if required (e.g. Customer Type A receives a card with Logo A, Customer Type B receives a card with Logo B etc). Please contact us for more information on variable logos.

Customisation & Special Requests

Should you be interested in a customised eCard, please contact us and we will respond to you with a quotation as soon as possible.

Donating to Charity

If you wish to donate to charity, you can ask us to place a message beneath the eCard (not on the actual eCard itself) mentioning that your company has made a donation to charity.

Environment

You may wish to include a message at the bottom of your eCard regarding your company's choice to opt for an environmentally friendly Christmas Card. You may also mention that the recipient consider the environment before choosing to print the eCard.
